Flowers in the Air

It`s February! Basically winter...basically... Well..I refuse to accept it and celebrate the spring!!!
Although we do have a lot of snow every now and then here in Denver, it`s sunny and sometimes even really warm:-)
To beam myself even more into the spring vibe I love to wear my floral flagrances.
Today I want to introduce you to my...

TOP 3 #favourite-spring-almostsummer-yayy fragrances:-)

1) Aerin

Mediterranenan Honeysuckle Eau de Parfum (1.7 oz. $110.00)

Created by Aerin Lauder, granddaughter of the famous Estée Lauder, co-founder of the cosmetics empire Estée Lauder Companies, this perfume really reminds me of my vacation in Santorini, a beautiful island in Greece. I spent my best vacay ever there! So can this place be any better?
Wearing this fragrance is just like a flashback into those hot and sunny days with azure water and white traditional houses and churches plus a breathtaking beautiful view on the Ägäis, while eating a Greek salad:-)! Aaaaah....I can almost smell it!!
It is a bit pricey, but really one of a kind and still kind of a secret out there, so thumbs up for this one!

Notes: Sweet honeysuckle, Sparkling grapefruit, Italian bergamot, Mandarin oil, Lily of the valley, Gardenia, Jasmine sambac absolute

2) Jo Malone London

Sorrel & Lemon Thyme Cologne (1.0 oz. $70.00)

Jo Malone is my Queen, as far as perfumes are concerned! I loveee her! Based in the UK, Jo Malone started her career as a..florist! Using flowers from the garden and grating soap as a child was one of her hobbies. In my opinion this shows how passionate and dedicated this fragrance designer really is about her work! This Sorrel & Lemon Thyme Cologne is pretty new. It`s actually from "The Herb Garden Collection", a new limited edition collection of five fragrances. This scent reminds me of my home in Germany, and of warm & long bbq nights with friends.

Notes: Lemon Thyme, Sorrel, Geranium

3) Narciso Rodriguez

Narciso Eau de Parfum (1.6 oz. $ 97.00)

Although woody notes are more common and more associated with winter, I still chose this fragrance as one of my favourites for spring and even summer. Why? Because it`s so mild and so feminine, without being overpowering. White florals give it a very tender note. With the heart of musk remaining, this fragrance is very sensual and can even be worn on a date. I just love it , what else can I say?!

Notes: Gardenia, Rose, Amber, Musk, Vetiver, Red Cedarwood, White Cedarwood

After - Happy Valentine`s Day treat - Vegan Curry à la Ella Woodward

Valentine's Day is over guys, no more chocolate and candies for the next year..haha..I know how you feel, cause that is how I feel. I literally felt an overload when I walked into the store on Valentine's Day. Candies and chocolate in all varieties and shapes and colors and flavours....you see the list could go on and on....
After eating so many (unhealthy treats..you know I had to cause back in Europa we don`t have such a big variety;) ) I seriously felt sick:-(:-(

I felt that I needed something comforting, warm ( cause it was still pretty cold in Denver).
So I came up with a little twist on a Recife from of one of my favourite chefs and bloggers, Ella Woodward from the blog deliciouslyella.com , and recreated her "Chickpea, Quinoa and Turmeric Curry" that is absolutely delicious and one of the best currys I have ever had!

Some fun facts about curry are:

  1. Around 60 different ingredients make up the spice that we call "curry".
  2.  Responsible for the beautiful yellow color in the curry, that is a traditional Indian dish, is turmeric  ( also known as curcuma) which is anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant, keeping your cells and you young, fresh and healthy!!
  3. Curry has royal fans: Queen Elizabeth II loved it! "Coronation Chicken" was invented just for the Coronation... it is still is popular in Great Britain! PS: London contains more Indian restaurants than Bombay and Delhi combined!
  4. The earliest known curry was eaten around 1700BC! Where? In Mesopotamia!
  5. Curry can come in different varieties: It can be green, white, brown, orange, yellow and even pink- depending on the country and the region!

So now that you are a Curry Pro it`s time to get the Curry-Party started!!
I know you will love it. It`s so simple, so nourishing and really affordable!

Chickpea, Quinoa and Turmeric Curry
 (Adapted from Deliciouslyella.com)

Ingredients for approx. 6 people :

  • * 500 g potatoes
  • * 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • * 3 tsp. ground turmeric
  • * 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • * 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • * 1 can of coconut milk ( 400g )
  • * 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • * 200 g couscous
  • * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • * 400 g can of chopped tomatoes
  • * 400 g of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • * 200 g spinach

This is how you do it:

Peel and boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes or until they are soft. Drain them.
Put the potatoes, which you should have slice by now, in a large plan and add garlic, turmeric, chili, ginger, coconut milk , tomato paste and last but not least the crushed tomatoes to your pan.
Bring this whole mix to a boil. Let it simmer for around 30 minutes, so all the different flavors can perfectly come together and create that beautiful smell in your kitchen.
After 15 minutes throw in the chickpeas.
Right before you are about to turn everything the stove off, throw in two hands full of baby spinach!
Serve it with your cooked couscous and enjoyyy! :-)

You can also serve it with Naan or over a bowl of some Basmati Rice to make it really traditional and legit.
Of course you can substitute the Basmati rice, which is white rice, with some more nutritious and filling brown rice! So many good choices...

Bon Appe´tit :-)

Review: Rituals Deep Recovery Night Cream

Today I decided to do a beauty review of my favourite night cream at the moment! It is the "Deep Recovery Night Cream" by Rituals. This cream is so special for me for different reasons. The first one is that I got that cream right before moving to the U.S. as a reminder of my very good friend, who used to work for Rituals in the Netherlands. She gave me a little sample, a 15 ml( 0.5 fl. oz.) small jar filled with so much goodness, that whenever I put it on I sincerely experience a small flashback to my life in Germany, thinking about times hanging out together with her and watching "Breakfast at Tiffanys" while talking about the newest beauty products! Thank you my dear!:-)
The other reason is what this post is about. So read on!!:-)

First of all some information on the brand that is not so well known here in the U.S. yet.
Rituals, a company founded by Raymond Cloosterman in 2000, has been my faourite since many years. The majority of the luxurious and high qualitative products are being produced in Europe, making it kind of a little secret for American women here in the US., although it is available here too. The more important I find it to introduce this brand and especially this night cream to you ladies!
The products are furtherless never tested on animals. Ecological sustainability as well as the support of less fortunate people through the foundation "tiny miracles" makes Rituals a brand for me that I can enjoy buying and introducing to you, even though it`s not vegan.

According to the homepage the cream is supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, which makes me think about it as a product younger women (in their mid to late 20s) can wear without having to put on heavy lines-reducing substances- which they don`t need anyway!

The ingredients that I like most about this cream are Shea Butter, also known as Karité Butter, which is famous for soothing and moisturizing basically every possible (problematic) skin type. It`s a real miracle with healing properes and extracted from the nut of the African Shea Tree.
Traced back to the Ancient Egypt where it used to protect the natives from the dry and hot wind as well as the burning sun, one can only assume that Cleopatra couldn`t keep her hands away from this baby!
Other ingredients include  avocado oil which is high in both substances, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, which are so important to stop the oxidation process in our body and cells, leaving us not only look but also feel old.
And last but not least another favourite of mine that happens to be in this cream is jojoba oil, extracted from the seeds of the jojobal plant, which is indigenous to Mexico and the United States. What is interesting about this oil is that it is non-comedogenic and non-allergenic, which not only means you avoid running the risk of waking up with pimples and an itching face but can also be safely used around the eyes without causing any greasy feeling. High in Vitamin E and antibacterial properties jojobal oil is also, like avocado oil, an antioxidant fighting the free radicals, being responsible for severe diseases, amongst other things, cancer.

When putting this cream on at night my skin feels moisturized without being greasy, which is really important for me since I too had my fights with pimples & Co. by using way too oily creams that caused my skin to breakout instead of recover.
The smell is so nice too, which is one of the companys most important signature marks. All of their products have a very luxurious and unique scent that compares to nothing else I have used so far and I am literally looking forward to put this cream on every night, while drifting into my dreams.

The only downside of this product may be the price, which is $45 for 50 ml (1.6 fl.oz.), though I really do think that it`s worth it.
But if you happen to be in Europe for your next trip or vacation, don`t forget to visit a store or one of the companies spas in Belgium or the Netherlands and get the cream there, you won`t regret it! Selected hotels, airlines and boutiques offer Rituals products in their ränge too. To find out more visit the companies U.S. homepage.

Thumbs up!!
xoxo

5 "Feel-good-Resolutions" for the New Year

First of all, Happy New Year guys!! Passionsistas has been very busy lately and we couldn`t post as much as we wanted to, but nevertheless we have not forgotten you!!! We want to say thank you for all your support in the last year! It was a good year for uns, we finally launched Passionsistas! Yayy!!! We are now looking forward to a new year with more readers, more feedback, more interesting and inspirational ideas to give you guys some "brainfood", as we'd like to say and of course LOVE! cause Love is what we need, and speaking of Love..It`s that time of the year to think about what we were grateful for last year and in which fields we could actually improve ourselves,  become a better person. It`s time to forget old feuds and make peace with those people and situations that teared you down last year! Let`s start a new year full of karmalicious deeds! What exactly does that mean? Well here we go... Here's a list of 5 things that are worth trying this new year to gain some Karma points and we promise you, you are going to feel soo amazing!!! And again, all those things are for free! All you need is some time, and I know it`s precious but I guarantee it`s worth it, your dedication makes a DIFFERENCE! Just try it , you will see it's easier than you think:-)

1) Help an animal in need

Whether you are volunteering at a pet shelter or adopting a pet and save its life, do something for that species, that we human often refer to as the animals. I think we often underestimate animals and unfortunately think that we are superior to them, thus killing them for food, clothes or even trophies..which is awkward and so sad! We are not that different guys, and indeed have more in common with them then widely known. It`s our duty to protect them and to treat them as earthlings, we are earthlings too! We all share the same planet and we all are striving to live a happy life, where no one is harmed! So whatever you are going to decide works best for you, try it! I did, I turned vegan last year and never felt happier with my decision than now! Let me know if you need any more input on this, and Iwill try to provide you with the most important steps and facts.

2)Forgive and Forget

I know it`s sometimes easier said than done , but the only person that is benefiting the most from it, in the end will be..exactly..YOU! "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else, you are the one who gets burned" Ok, you got me..It wasn`t me who coined this phrase but Buddha ( if you ever heard of him-LOL) but it`s so true and I couldn't have said it any better!! When you make peace with the pain that`s been caused to you and forgrive and understand that their action hurt them probably more than the pain you felt, you will understand that they are the ones who are weak and need help. You will even start to feel thoroughly sad  and sorry for them. It is not in our nature to hate each other , we are not made that way, this is not God`s plan , so whatever happens in us, whether it is anger, revenge or jealousy, it`s never good and it never really leads to somethings good and positive. Most often you will find yourself feeling worse after you have argued with someone overthinking everything and everyone. Stop it, forgrive and forget, have faith and Karma will come back to you, and THAT will be even more rewarding that you can ever imagine.

3) Read more books

I am a frequent flyer at my local library, I tell you what!:-) I absolutely adore reading books, especially classics. The last one I read was "Animal Farm" by George Orwell and it was fantastic to say the least. You get such a different and new perspective on topics and on views, that a good book, I would argue, can make you change the way you look at things and the world. And isn`t it romantic, to grab a warm blanket, some hot cocoa and a good book and just indulge and "dive" into a new or old world and get totally swirled in?! There are some man intelligent, funny and wise people out there who have written these amazing books, why not learn from them and expand your view and knowledge.
Another favourite of mine is Victor Hugo's "Les Miserables", such a classic and a story I was so emotionaly attached to that I couldn`t help crying when I fineshed that book. Isn't it crazy and beautiful at the same time what a s(good) single book can do to you? I think so! Find it out for yourself!

4)Create

Whether you are an artist and love to paint pictures or you are a passionate writer who has a blog and is now working on writing his first biography/ novel..Go for it! By creating I mean to actually leave a lasting impact of your work for the next generation to follow. By creating something you can make yourself not only being visible and heard but you can also make an impact on others too, spreading your message and influencing people in a positive way. Those big writers that I have talked about in my last point, like Orwell or Hugo, did it and many many years after their death, people like me go to the library or the bookstores and read their books! That way , they become immortal in a way, because their works , their message, isn`t forgotten, no matter how long ago it has been created!
You don`t have to become a rockstar, or a bestseller author, even if you create something for yourself, no matter how small it is whether it's for your own family and friends or for the world outside, you will the amazing feeling coming over you that you too left an impact on this planet!

5) Eat healthy and exercise

You cannot imagine how much depends on your eating habits! The whole planet, literally, suffers from those mega-companies and CEO's that couldn`t care less about you, your health and our planet,  trying to sell you things that are simply not good for you!
Forests are being destroyed, animals killed, the water is being polluted, glaciers are melting, everybody (including us humans) is getting sick. .. The list could go on and on..We are actually facing a sixth extinction( to read more about it I really recommend the book: "The sixth extinction" by Elizabeth Colbert). What is going on with our planet is just a plain horror, and instead of radical changing our lifestyles, commercials all over the world praise the opposite and fuel the collapse: eat more meat, cheese, milk, fish, try that "Super-Dooper colorful cake or cookies( with colorings unknown to the manufacturers themselves, denying that their cake causes horrible dissenses like cancer etc.- of course-, drink this milkshake and skip your workout...blah blah....
We are in charge of our planet, no one else guys!! We all have the power to make changes, and if we are united in our actions and share the same healthy "brainfood" then we can stop this horrible things from happening! We don`t have to kill anyone to make ourselves feel better, in fact we will be the one who will ultimately suffer from our excuses or laziness! The planet is beautiful, we are beautiful, God is beautiful, but let us keep it that way, we only have one life to live. Let us leave an impact for our kids, for our animals, for our friends and our nature. Let us preserve the beautiful wildlife, the vast oceans and the rich fields. No one has to suffer from malnutrition and die from hunger or diseases caused by us human beings! Buy organically grown products, products that are fresh and sustainable, that are seasonal. Products that didn`t härm any living being on this planet. Reduce your ecological footprint wehender possible. Shower quicker and turn the water off when you brush your teeth for example, these little changes do already make a huge difference, even if you don`t believe that!!!
Use your brains, when it comes to eating things that look too good to be true, there is probably something in it that might kill you in the end( sorry to use such a harsh expression, but that´s what it is).
Become one with that nature, go outside, exercise,  eat lots of fruit and veggies and find true beauty in little things that make your day. I for example have a squirrell that comes literally every day to my window to see what I am doing. It probably wants to have some food which I don`t give, cause I don't want to make it  sick - but seeing that little creature is truly so good, I know it may sound weird.. but if you connect with nature and the real world ,outside of your tv and social media, you will find a world that is unbelievably unique and breathtakingly beautiful!

So now that I have listed my five favourites and gave you some inspiration on how to be a better You, maybe you have some suggestions and resolution for us. If so, please comment and let us know, we'd love to hear from you!!! xoxo

Give-Away-Tuesday

Finally Thanksgiving is over!!

You probably think, what the heck is wrong with this girl, huh? that`s ok;-)
It`s not that I don`t like this traditional  feast per se, I even find it very inspiring and romantic, sitting and coming together with the family, reminiscing about the good old pilgrim times and being grateful for whatever you have got instead of focusing on what you don`t, what people usually tend to do. But this Thanksgiving it was different - I was invited to my American grandma, who is NOT vegan! Those of you who have followed our posts probably think what`s wrong with that?..well...the last couple of weeks I had a kind of enlightenment moment, a flash, after watching the speach
"The best speech you will ever hear" from Gary Yurofsky, in which he explains why Veganism is revolutionary and why it is actually not healthy at all to eat Dairy, Meat & Co. It was a collection of different other factors though, that made me want to lead this lifestyle. Here in America, regulations about antibiotica provided to animals are not very strict and the way animals are treated to give us the minute of joy at e.g. Thanksgiving when eating turkey is just not worth it-seriously! I don`t want to turn you into a hardcore vegan, but just think about it, get informed, watch the stuff like the video mentioned above( which is free), and don`t be ignorant towards the suffering that is going on towards animals, and towards us too, cause we are ultimately the ones who suffer from serious diseases like stroke, heart attacks, diabetes and cancer..why? Well because we are not even born to eat meat and animal products! We are herbivores, whose stomachs, whose teeth, and even whose nails are not made to eat animals! By still continuing to do that, we interrupt mother natures plans and become ill.
Veganism is as a way out of this dilemma, and I would love if you at least took some time to think about it too.

I still  loved spending Thanksgiving with my family because it was not only about the food ( which by the way was`t bad by any means- it was even delicious... surprise, surprise).
What I did not love about that day was the fact that retail stores were open at 6 pm so people could make a bargain on a Black Friday. Wait a moment..Black Friday is not Black Thursday...exactly!!!
It got so messed up that stores like Walmart started to compete against each other, by opening an evening earlier. So there used to be times, when stores were actually closed on Thanksgiving ( which is always a Thursday) , now everything looks different. The front of the stores resemble the entrances of some boy group concerts..people sleep in tents to get the huge "HD-Touch-Maxi-whatever TV" for a couple of hundred bucks cheaper. How crazy is that? I am not talking about teenagers who do it, although there are young people among them, I am  talking about grown up men and women who have families!! They sleep in front of the stores when it`s freezing outside! They don`t care.. what they care is consumerism! No matter what! That is insane I thought. We all love to make good deals, but standing in line or sleeping in tents in front of stores to get a TV or some other "cool" tech device..on Thanksgiving! ( a day where you are supposed to be with your family and be GRATEFUL for what you HAVE) that is indeed insane, don`t you think so?

A photo from the "NY Daily News" showing campers waiting for the Black-Friday Sale a few years ago

What happened to us people? Instead on focusing on the small things in our lives we always want more and more, and once we have more it`s not even enough, it`s like an addiction , an (American Dream) nightmare...competition...comparison...greed...

                                                                             STOP!

I decided to do actually something very contrary to what I saw, instead of standing in the line , I decided to donate my old clothes or clothes that I do not wear anymore to some profitable charity. I truly believe by getting rid of things in your life that you do not use anymore ( daily, weekly etc..) you find out what is really important for you! To be honest , the first weeks that I have arrived here in the USA my suitcases were still full... after weeks! I was not able to unpack all of my stuff due to some space problems and a lack of shelves in the beginning, but you know what else I found out?
I didn`t even nehalf of the stuff!! I started to forget about some things that were inside my bags...THAT`S how important they were to me , I thought!
And it really feels good, you will feel better, by doing it, just give it a try! It doesn`t have to be a lot that you donate, some few things are already great and a progress! This video below from the two guys from "The Minimalists" inspired me to start this "Anti-Black Friday" and "Anti-Cyber Monday"action.. I call it the "Give -away-Tuesday"! And that is so liberating.. I promise it doesn`t cost you a thing!

Let`s do it!!!

Bringing Food to Those in Need

So here I am with a new post on a thing that really touched my heart when I first heard about it:
"Meals on Wheels".It`s such a cool thing guys, and I was introduced to it by no other than my husbands grandma, who is a volunteer for that programme, isn`t that funny?
Well, that alone said, I can tell you, you can learn a lot from older people!;-)

"Meals on Wheels" here in our area is basically a programme by "Volunteers of America", that aims to provide nutritious and healthy food to people who are (physically) unable to prepare their meals. The reasons are different. Some of the people are just old and not mobile, so they cannot go to a restaurant or cafe to eat something, most of them are simply living alone, and some of them are just financially really bad of and are more than happy to have a free hot and nutritious meal each day delivered  to their doorstep.

The fun thing that I noticed when helping Grandma (which I just call Grandma from now on *lol*), is that these people often wait their whole day to see her. Some of them are so lonely that they are simply happy to talk to someone, and if someone asks about their life they are just so full of stories and you can literally see their smile when you knock at their door and they come opening it for you. Despite all the good stuff that you do and see, you do also see a lot of poverty and negative things, like I mentioned earlier before. Most of these people are sick or just really old, so they can not move properly or they live in houses that are, frankly, looking like a mess. But I guess that`s how it is with some people, and you cannot blame them, cause some of them really don`t have anyone at all and you are actually wondering how they are still able to live in that house and not in an assisted living place for example. You know what I am trying to say, right?
So my helping out made me realise that we are so well off and that we are still always complaining about all the small things that happen to be not so great in our life, but don`t focus enough on our health and our active social life. Most of us have a family to care about, most of us know how to cook pasta or how to buy a burger from a joint.

The people that I saw don`t and they need our help!

Please, if you happen to be at  home while reading this blog and you don`t know what to do with your time, join that programme and help people, they will be more than grateful and that in the end that will make YOU feel grateful and good about your life. So it`s a win-win situation. You don`t get paid for that though, as it`s a voluntarily commitment. Though once committed you should always find enough time to actually drive around the route that you have been assigned to and deliver the meals to the people. Even if you are working part-time, this is seriously a thing to consider, it will improve your life-quality a lot, I assure you! There are young people, old people, all kinds of people who are volunteers and help out. You can do it every day, like an older man I saw, whose life is basically based around this programme and who made friends with people in need, or you can say " I will do it once a week", which is absolutely fine, too! As long as you do something, that`s awesome! And it usually takes you not longer than 2 hours.  How often have you spent 2 hours on your couch watching some random and stupid TV show that made you feel worse and unimportant after all? See, I think everyone can relate to that and it`s worth thinking about.

My grandma has been  active as a volunteer for quite some time now, so she knows the people that she delivers the meals to. Her community is really strong and like I mentioned earlier, there are people who made their hobby into their lives. It was just amazing to see all the love and be a part of it. I will definitely consider doing this some time soon.
I wish more people would do things without expecting anything back, because in fact you really don`t. The people that are in need do not have to pay a cent for that meal, unless you want to donate, than you are free to do that, of course.

Food is such an important and irreplaceable part of our lives and the majority takes it for granted
(fortunately, in a way) but it actually is a privilege. We are well off, some aren`t!
No one in this entire world should suffer from hunger! Yes there are maybe meals who look more inviting to us than the one you can see in the picture below, but that`s not the case!!! This programmes doesn`t let anyone starve just because he/she can no longer prepare a meal, and that´s what matters! What are you waiting for folks? Let`s do it!!

If you have a question about that programme or anything else that you found unanswered in my article, let me know in the comments below and I will be more than happy to give you a quick answer!

Jutebeutel 4 Life!

Hello everybody!!!

After a long and hot (summer) break Passionsistas is back!!! Yayyy!!

As some of you already know, Summer 2015 was a very busy and exciting time of my life so far.
My moving to the USA from Germany was due and as you can imagine didn`t go without shedding some tears over here and over there. Saying goodbye to everyone in the family and your friends was tough and I would definitely not wish that anyone to do BUT sometimes there are bigger things ahead of you than those that you are already experiencing and so you have to take that step and break out of your comfort zone. Whether it's because you have found a new job, a new house, a new lifestyle that you want to embrace or... and that`s what caused me to make this gigantic( and yeah still kind of scary if you think about it) move...LOVE.. well .. what else huh?

Living in the USA and particularly Denver, the Mile High City, which btw. is famous for its liberal attitude, will definitely make a huge change in my life, that I already know. In fact I can already notice these changes, like the fact that I get legit six (plastic) bags for my groceries when back in Germany I was able to put all of my stuff in just one bag, considering it was`t really much what I bought. Well I guess that`s also part of the American Life..people here don`t usually think about that twice and why would they right? They all have a car, load their 600 bags up and drive home, or to the next Taco Bell chain to get their dinner. OK, that was maybe a little bit sarcastic. You see, me as German, who was raised to walk everywhere I needed to go and carry a linen bag ( good old German "Jutebeutel"as we call them) when my mother would send me out to get some chicken for her homemade chicken soup, well that`s the life I knew so far. But without changes no progress will happen , and a standstill is the end to our life, whether in Germany or in America right?!

What I will do? I will embrace all of the new customs and traditions here as well as I can, try to adapt as much as I can , improve my English as fast as I can, but I tell you what..I will not leave my good old "Jutebeutel" at home when going to the next grocery store! The most important thing I will continue here is to be ME..consciously aware of all the things that we can improve in our everyday life, trying to reduce my ecological footprint and making the world a little bit better. Call me a hopeless romantic, but that`s what I need to feel home away from home.

What about you guys? Do you feel the same? I would love to read your comments on it!

Hello Americaaaa!!!

PS: Besides the "plastic- bag- overload" everytime I go shopping here in the U.S,

I L.O.V.E.  actually going shopping..and so feel a little like Lara Parker in this Buzzfeed Video!
I bet you guys can relate:-))))
